Nottingham Forest will hope to feel the benefits of an extended spell on the training pitch when they return to Premier League action next month.
It has been a tricky start to the campaign for the Reds, on their return to the top-flight after a 23-year absence. Four defeats on the spin has left them second-bottom in the table, with four points from seven games.
Bringing an end to that miserable run is the priority. And boss Steve Cooper will be using the international break to plot a way of doing just that against Leicester City.
