Coal Newcastle Rising Tide City of Newcastle Australia Council

Coal Australia has threatened to launch legal action if a planned climate protest at Newcastle's coal port is given the green light.

City of Newcastle confirmed climate group Rising Tide had submitted an event application to use parts of Foreshore Park between February 25 and March 1 next year for its harbour blockade event.
