A legal claim over actor Peter Cushing’s resurrection through CGI in a Star Wars film has been thrown out by Court of Appeal judges.

The film star, who died in 1994, made a starring role in 2016’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, chronicling the efforts of the Rebel Alliance to seize plans for Darth Vader’s iconic Death Star.
