Leeds

A Leeds woman in her 20s was dragged along grass before a male attempted to sexually assault her.

West Yorkshire Police Homicide detectives are appealing for information the victim was walking on a footpath between Domestic Road and Cross Ingram Road around 9.15am on Thursday, (May 5). Moments later police report she was grabbed from behind before being dragged to a nearby grassed area.

An individual walking nearby saw the male, who was wearing a black jack with a fur-trimmed hood, a black beanie hat, and a black face covering over his mouth. He was scared off by the passer-by and ran off.
