A 63-year-old woman suffering from severe arthritis was forced to walk home after being refused to get on a bus as she was paying with cash.
Heather Winter, from Leeds, was refused onto a bus earlier this month after being told by the bus driver he couldn't take the cash - however, even though she had the exact amount of change.
The woman got off the bus in shock and says she has had her confidence on ever using them again knocked.
