A yellow weather warning is in place for Leeds on Tuesday, December 27, as temperatures drop.
Leeds should see a cloudy morning and generally overcast conditions throughout the day. Heavy rains are expected from lunchtime onwards.
Wind gusts will go above 30mph in the afternoon and only get higher. There is a significant risk of ice on untreated roads in the city.

The Met Office said: ""Cloud, strong winds and outbreaks of rain spreading northeast during the day, preceded by some hill snow.
"Rain easing a little towards the end of the afternoon. Turning milder. Maximum temperature 9 °C."

A yellow weather warning is in place. There will be wintry showers leading to an ice risk on untreated surfaces. The Met Office expects some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths leading to a greater chance of injuries or accidents
Patchy snow on higher routes, both from wintry showers this evening, and also on leading edge of rain early on Tuesday, making for somewhat difficult driving conditions
