Leeds United youngster Charlie Cresswell has been named in the Championship Team of the Week after an impressive display on loan with Millwall. The Whites youngster grabbed a goal and an assist as the Lions defeated Cardiff City at the Den.
The 20-year-old came on as a 48th-minute substitute to replace Shaun Hutchinson and put Gary Rowett's side ahead just after the hour mark, rising highest to head home as the visitors failed to clear a corner. He then turned provider for Benik Afobe to put the result beyond any doubt in the 90th minute.
Cresswell has made six Championship appearances since joining Millwall earlier this summer, with three goals and one assist to his name. Two of those goals came on his Lions debut, a 2-0 win against Stoke City.
