Leeds United under-21s can secure promotion and the Premier League 2 Division 2 title when they travel to West Brom on Friday afternoon.
The Whites previously won this league under Mark Jackson in 2020/21, and finished 11 points ahead of runners-up Stoke City.
They have an opportunity to do so again under Paco Gallardo, with Leeds heading into the final day level on points with Southampton.

Saints defeated Norwich City 5-2 in their final fixture to move above Leeds on goal difference. However, Southampton have no remaining fixtures, and the Whites would seal the title with a win or even a draw.
Leeds boast the best defensive record in the division (27 goals conceded) and are unbeaten in their last seven games.
West Brom have already secured a play-off place, and will be able to contend for promotion when the play-offs commence in May.
If West Brom beat Leeds then Southampton will win the title and achieve automatic promotion, meaning that the Whites will drop into the play-offs.
Nottingham Forest, West Brom and Aston Villa are the three clubs which they could face if they are forced to enter the play-offs.
