Leeds United keen on Man City starlet
Manchester City’s teenage midfielder Shea Charles is a summer target for Leeds, Brentford and Borussia Dortmund, according to the Guardian. The 19-year-old hasn't made a first-team appearance for Pep Guardiola's side but is already a senior international with Northern Ireland.
Charles has four caps for his country, and has been at Manchester City since the age of seven. The holding midfielder, who can also play at right-back and centre-half, was on the bench for City's Champions League clash with RB Leipzig in the last-16.
His contract is set to expire at the end of 2027 but with first-team opportunities lacking, he could follow the likes of Jadon Sancho and Jamie Bynoe-Gittens in leaving the current Premier League champions to pursue first-team football. Leeds signed Darko Gyabi from the Premier League side last season and he's impressed with the Under-21s side in Premier League 2 Division 2.

Former Leeds United goalkeeper Paul Robinson believes the heavy defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend could have huge implications on the rest of the Whites' campaign.
“It will have an impact [on Gracia’s future] in one of two ways,” Robinson told MOT Leeds News. “It will either have a negative impact on the team’s confidence after having a result like that.
“But also if he turns it around and the team have a positive result after that game it will go in his favour. The loss to Palace will have a massive bearing between now and the end of the season.
“It will be a turning point. They will either fold and get relegated and everyone will say it was after the Crystal Palace game, or everybody will turn around and say look how well they did since that defeat – it rejuvenated them and kept them in the league."
