Kalimuendo to Leeds reaches personal terms stage
According to Ignazio Genuardi, Leeds have agreed the 'intricacies' of the deal for Paris Saint-Germain forward Arnaud Kalimuendo. The report states that it is now up to the 20-year-old to agree personal terms with the Whites.
According to L'Equipe, Inter Milan are interested in signing Kalimuendo, but unlike Leeds, the Italian club aren't in advanced negotiations.
Leeds consider Pepe
Leeds are among a host of European club reportedly interested in Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe. Diario de Sevilla have reported that Marseille, Lyon and Sevilla are also interested in the 27-year-old. Pepe could be a direct replacement for Raphina, who was officially announced as a Barcelona player on Friday.
Sevilla are keen on the player, but the report suggests that Pepe's wages of over £100,000 per week could be a stumbling block. Pepe signed for Arsenal for a club-record figure of £72 million, but he's struggled to meet the lofty standards that were expected of him.
Leeds to laugh off planned Jack Harrison bid
Leeds will tell Newcastle to stump up more than their planned £20 million bid for Jack Harrison, according to a report. Newcastle are looking to recruit a winger this summer, with Harrison a lower-cost alternative to Moussa Diaby of Bayer Leverkusen, who is valued at £60 million. It's understood that Eddie How rates Harrison's versatility.
The Daily Mail have reported that Newcastle are planning a £20 million bid for the 25-year-old, but Leeds are expected to hold out for more.
