Here are your latest Leeds United transfer rumours for Tuesday, January 24.
AC Milan in 'direct contact' with Nicolo Zaniolo's agent
AC Milan technical director Paolo Maldini is in direct contact with the agent of Leeds United target Nicolo Zaniolo, according to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla.
The AS Roma midfielder is wanted by Tottenham Hotspur, although they have been unable to reach an agreement as of yet. Tottenham are discussing a loan deal with an option to buy, although Roma only want permanent proposals, with the 23-year-old expected to cost between £31m to £35m.

Pedulla added that Leeds and West Ham are 'Plan B' options for Zaniolo if a move elsewhere fails to materialise. Zaniolo reportedly wants to leave Roma this month, and has failed to agree a new deal with the Italian club.
Reigning Serie A champions AC Milan would ideally want to sign Zaniolo in the summer, but they could bring forward their plans to January.
Zaniolo has been capped 11 times by Italy, and has scored two goals and provided three assists in 17 appearances across all competitions this term. He has predominantly operated in an attacking midfield role, although has experience playing as a right winger and a second striker.
The Italy international has registered 24 goals and 18 assists in 128 appearances in total since joining Roma from Inter Milan in the summer of 2018.
Joe Gelhardt update
Joe Gelhardt is set to leave Leeds on loan until the end of the season, after the Whites broke their club record transfer fee to sign Georginio Rutter from Hoffenheim.
The 20-year-old has been linked with a number of Championship clubs, with Coventry City and Stoke City becoming the latest sides to join the race for his signature.
However, The Athletic reported last week that Gelhardt is considering a return to his former club Wigan Athletic, and Alan Nixon of The Sun has added that the Latics are the only club to have made a serious offer.
Nixon tweeted: "All clubs taking an interest have to start making proper offers to Leeds. Only Wigan have done that so far."
Gelhardt has struggled for game time under Marsch this season so far - amassing just 202 minutes of action in the Premier League.
The Latics currently sit at the foot of the table in the second-tier, and are four points adrift of safety. Gelhardt left the DW Stadium for Leeds in 2020, after Wigan went into administration following their relegation from the Championship.
Gelhardt joined Wigan's youth ranks at the age of 10, and went onto score one goal in 21 appearances across all competitions for the club.
