Leeds United supporters have called on Jesse Marsch to recall Kalvin Phillips straight back into the starting XI for tonight’s trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers. Phillips is available for selection again after overcoming a hamstring injury that has kept him out for over three months.
The Whites will be looking to secure back-to-back victories for just the second time this season at Molineux this evening. Leeds were victorious over bottom of the table Norwich City last time out thanks to Joe Gelhardt’s dramatic stoppage time winner at Elland Road.
And it is for that reason, that Leeds fans would largely like to see the side from the match remain the same. The back five of Illan Meslier, Luke Ayling, Diego Llorente, Pascal Struijk and Stuart Dallas were relatively solid against the Canaries, meaning that captain Liam Cooper does not come straight back in after his hamstring injury, that has kept him out for the same amount of time as Phillips.
