Leeds United supporters react to leftfield Marcelo Bielsa suggestions following England defeat

Leeds United supporters are split in their opinions of whether they would like to see Marcelo Bielsa in charge of England following some leftfield suggestions in the aftermath of the Three Lions' 4-0 defeat to Hungary on Tuesday evening.

It was England’s fourth game without a victory and a chorus of loud booing followed the heavy defeat at Molineux. With the Qatar World Cup rapidly coming into view, fans are unsure of whether Gareth Southgate is the man to lead the current crop of immensely talented players into yet another important tournament.

Given Bielsa’s experience on the international stage and the fact that he is currently without a job, there have been plenty of calls for the FA to get in touch with the 66-year-old. He has prior knowledge of taking teams into major tournaments during his time in charge of his native Argentina and then Chile.

Here are the Leeds fans who believe he is the perfect man to take England forward.
