Leeds United supporters react to 'dreadful' Brentford defeat

Leeds United fans have given their thoughts on the 5-2 defeat to Brentford at the G Tech Community Stadium.

Despite Ivan Toney's double before the half, Whites fans were given hope after Luis Sinisterra managed to tuck one home just before the stroke of half-time. However, after the half, Toney found his third to put the Bees 3-1 ahead.

Manager Jesse Marsch was then shown a red card by referee Robert Jones after his fury at a penalty decision not given Leeds' way as Cryscencio Summerville was brought down by Bees right-back Aaron Hickey.

Despite Marsch watching on from the stands, Leeds looked like they could find their way back into the game after Marc Roca's strike but an immediate goal back from Bryan Mbuemo and a late finish from Yoane Wissa sealed the game for Brentford.

Fans took to social media to discuss the loss and here's what they had to say...

@lufcjacob : No defence just vibes

@NicoWhaleDyl : Embarrassing all round. Defending was shocking

@canny1nvestor : Dreadful! Fix the defence it’s a shambles as has been for a while team totally unbalanced

@JackRuckledge77 : Not bringing in a left back is really working for us

@Yorkie6013 : with every game we play, we are going backwards.
