Former Premier League manager Harry Redknapp has warned Leeds United about Eberechi Eze returning to his best after this weekend's opponents Crystal Palace hired Roy Hodgson.
The 76-year-old, who came out of retirement to take over at Selhurst Park until the end of the season, won his first match back as Eagles manager thanks to a 94th-minute Jean-Phillippe Mateta winner over Leicester City at the weekend.
And while he wasn't involved in the winning goal, Eze still managed to land a spot in Redknapp's Team of the Week for his performance against the Foxes.

"That was a massive win for Palace and Eberechi Eze was right at the heart of it," Redknapp told BetVictor earlier this week. "I’ve always liked this lad, but he’s had a difficult season."
Eze has made 31 appearances for Palace so far this season, but has found just seven goal involvements in the league having been touted as one of the best youngsters in the league when he made his move from Queens Park Rangers in 2020.
The manager to sign him at the time? Roy Hodgson - and with his return, Redknapp believes that he could return to the level of play we saw for QPR.
"It was Roy who first signed him for Palace though, and I can see him getting right back to his best now. He’s got great quality on the ball and like all the top players, he always looks like he’s got time on the ball."
