Here are the latest Leeds United transfer rumours on Tuesday, October 18.
McKennie interest
Leeds United are reportedly among a host of clubs keeping an eye on the situation of Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie. That is according to Chelsea reporter Simon Phillips, who claims the Blues, along with Leeds, Manchester United, Tottenham, Newcastle, Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid and Aston Villa are all also keen.
Leeds were linked with a move for McKennie back in the January transfer window earlier this month, though no move ever materialised. McKennie has made 13 appearances for a struggling Juventus side in all competitions this season and is also a USMNT international alongside current Leeds stars Tyler Adams and Brenden Aaronson.
Raphinha regrets?
Insiders at Barcelona are reportedly questioning their decision to sign Raphinha from Leeds United in the summer after his poor recent run of form. That is according to AS, who claim that people inside the Camp Nou have raised concerns as to why they pursued the Brazilian international so vigorously during the summer.
After a promising start to life at Barca, Raphinha has been far from his best in recent weeks and is often the player Xavi opts to substitute in recent matches. Spanish outlet AS provided a scathing review of his performance in the 3-1 defeat at Real Madrid in the El Classico on Sunday.
They wrote: "Another of his matches to forget. The problem is that he’s already had a few, which raises more than one question regarding his signing. He did not leave on any occasion from the right wing, and he hardly helped in the pressure. Either he takes a step forward or the Brazilian can start to stick to the bench more frequently."
