Leeds United (4-2-3-1)
1 Illan Meslier
If you were nit-picking you might say he should have stopped Mohamed Salah's near-post drive, but it was hit with such venom and right into the top corner. Some high-risk choices in passing out from the back seemed to invite unnecessary pressure. 4
25 Rasmus Kristensen
After all of the calls for Luke Ayling to get a breather, the Dane did nothing to suggest he's an easy hold going into Fulham away. Weston McKennie's error cruelly exposed the right-back's overlap for the second goal, but aside from that, Kristensen lacked composure with the ball, pace in both directions and sound positioning. 3
5 Robin Koch
One of those who was steady throughout the evening, despite the onslaught at points. The German, if anything, kept the score down. Arguably could have been more aware of Salah running in behind him on the second goal. 4

21 Pascal Struijk
Struggled with Cody Gakpo all evening. Didn't have the command or nous when Liverpool were running at him. 3
3 Junior Firpo
Didn't generally do too badly with Salah when you see the Egyptian ended the game with a brace. Caught out of position a decent amount as he strove to get forward. 4
28 Weston McKennie
Miserable from the USA international. That Nottingham Forest performance feels like a lifetime ago. Comes up against high-class opposition like this and gets found out. Too lax with the ball at times, no better summed up than the miscontrol before Liverpool's second. 3
8 Marc Roca
Dire in possession when Leeds were in half-decent positions. Bypassed too easily at points. 3
11 Jack Harrison
The one Leeds player to come out with a little credit. Looked the sharpest with the ball at his feet and the one capable of going past a Liverpool defender. 6
7 Brenden Aaronson
Again absent without leave from the attack. Brought nothing other than a speculative long-range effort which pinged off the woodwork. Looked so mismatched against the opposition centre-backs. 3
23 Luis Sinisterra
Popped up with the goal which gave the briefest spell of hope. Couldn't do enough to hurt Liverpool frequently enough down a flank they have been exposed on all too readily this season. 5
19 Rodrigo
Tough shift leading the line in a team which struggled to go beyond the halfway line too often. 4
Substitutes
22 Joel Robles
2 Luke Ayling
4 Adam Forshaw (on for Sinisterra 77min)
A small footnote on a difficult night for the club, but he will be pleased to get back out there, especially against his boyhood club. N/A
6 Liam Cooper
10 Crysencio Summerville (on for Rodrigo 66min)
Managed to cause a little panic in the Liverpool box, but game was long gone by the time he came on. 5
24 Georginio Rutter (on for Aaronson 66min)
Still struggling to see what he's supposed to be. 4
29 Wilfried Gnonto (on for Harrison 77min)
Barely seen as Leeds spent the last 25 minutes chasing shadows. N/A
39 Max Wober
42 Sam Greenwood
