Leeds United (4-1-2-3)
22 Joel Robles
Saved what he could with one memorably good early boot to deny Erling Haaland. Fairly helpless as Ilkay Gundogan twice picked his spot from 18 yards out. 6
2 Luke Ayling
Stepped up decently. Not caught out as frequently as some of the others. Phil Foden did not get a lot of joy down his flank. 6
25 Rasmus Kristensen
Looked flaky at times with his clearances, but deserves credit for mixing it with Haaland and getting one good foot in to deny the Norwegian. 5

39 Max Wober
Some good blocks on the line and read a lot of the danger which came his way at close quarters. 6
3 Junior Firpo
If there's one thing the armchair fan will tell you, it's always show Riyad Mahrez to the byline. Firpo was careless in letting the Algerian past him on the inside not once, but twice with both occasions leading to goals. Poor judgement. 4
4 Adam Forshaw
Put his foot in and showed a decent head with the ball at his feet. 6
28 Weston McKennie
Who knew the American had a long throw? Looked a half-decent weapon, but again, when asked to take on a defensive duty, he struggled. Gundogan should not have been given the space he had for the two goals. 4
8 Marc Roca
Painful lapses in concentration. Poor use of the ball. 5
29 Wilfried Gnonto
Virtually anonymous in the game. 4
9 Patrick Bamford
Put himself about as best he could with next to no support around him. Looked a bigger threat in the second half as Manchester City switched off a touch. 5
11 Jack Harrison
More involved than Gnonto, but could not find the miracle touch Leeds needed on the break. 5
Substitutes
1 Illan Meslier

Late change to save legs. N/A
10 Crysencio Summerville (on for Harrison 65min)
Non-existent. 4
19 Rodrigo (on for Gnonto 58min)
Some half-looks at the ball in the City half. Great composure with his finish. 6
21 Pascal Struijk (on for Forshaw 80min)
Late change to save legs. N/A
24 Georginio Rutter
42 Sam Greenwood (on for Roca 58min)
