Leeds United close in on Money League Top 20
Leeds United have had a pretty successful few years since their promotion to the Premier League. The Whites finished last season in ninth-place and have developed some players into established top-flight stars, including the likes of Kalvin Phillips, Raphinha and Patrick Bamford.
However, it isn't just on the pitch where the Whites have been successful. As per Deloitte, a global finance and analysis firm, Leeds earn more revenue than Italian giants AS Roma, Atalanta, SSC Napoli and Premier League rivals Newcastle United and Southampton.

The report is from 2019/20 and 2020/21 and they have ranked the top European clubs accordingly to "provide a more holistic perspective across the last two completed football seasons and financial years". Leeds' calculated revenue figure sits at £192.7million and currently sit 23rd in the world.
Manchester City top the ranking for the first time, becoming just the fourth club to do so. Real Madrid and Bayern Munich also sit in the top three, while Barcelona, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, Juventus, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur make up the top-10.
Arsenal, Leicester City, Aston Villa and Wolverhampton Wanderers are all above Leeds on the list. The source revealed how clubs on the Money League table missed out on "well over €2 billion of revenue" from the middle of the 2019-20 season to the end of the 2020-21 season, "effectively taking revenue back to levels nearly five years ago."
Marsch reveals details of Orta's Bielsa heir search
Leeds United head coach Jesse Marsch has revealed the club had evaluated 42 managers in Europe as potential Marcelo Bielsa replacements when they first made contact with the American. He has admitted the director Victor Orta reached out to him during the first lockdown imposed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and that the Spaniard revealed Marsch was top of a 42-strong list.
Marsch told SiriusXM : "The reason I came here is because two years ago the sporting director Victor Orta, during the first lockdown, set up a Zoom call with me. He said that 'we scout players and we scout coaches.
"'We always need succession plans for every position within the club and we need one for our manager as well. We evaluated our top 42 managers in Europe, their style of play, management style, and when we crunched the numbers, your name was at the top of the list'."
Koch dealt Covid-19 blow
Leeds United defender Robin Koch has tested positive for Covid-19 and will consequently be unable to link up with the Germany national team during the international break, as revealed by the Germany national team's Twitter account.
The 25-year-old featured as a substitute during the dramatic 3-2 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers, a game his club teammate Raphinha missed having tested positive for the virus.
Koch is not the first member of Jesse Marsch's squad to withdrawn from international duty, as Diego Llorente will not be linking up with Spain due to an injury sustained at Molineux.
