Here are your Leeds United morning headlines for Wednesday, January 11.
Bristol City name asking for price for Whites-linked Alex Scott
Bristol City have slapped a £25million price tag on their Leeds United-linked England under-20 midfielder Alex Scott, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Leeds are among a number of clubs that have been linked with the 19-year-old of late, with Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Everton and Leicester City also credited with an interest.

A price tag of £12 million was reported earlier this month, but that valuation was rejected by Bristol City boss Nigel Pearson. Wolves have reportedly been in talks with the Championship side over a deal for Scott but are unwilling to pay the asking price demanded by the Robins.
John Percy of The Telegraph tweeted: "Wolves have been in talks with Bristol City over a deal for England under-20 midfielder Alex Scott. As it stands, looking unlikely due to a £25m price tag.
"Wolves are very keen to sign Scott this month but will move on unless current asking price drops."
Scott joined Bristol City from Guernsey in 2020 and amassed 39 appearances during his breakthrough campaign last term. He has made a further 25 appearances for the Robins this season, and also lifted the European Under-19 Championship last summer.
Marsch's Leeds United switch sends a clear message on the third January transfer he needs
Two additions were always the hope for Leeds United coming into January’s transfer window and yet there is now a clear need for one more. A striker and a left-back were the obvious gaps in last summer’s recruitment drive from Victor Orta, so fulfilling those requirements was a prerequisite for January.
Max Wober is in at left-back, while Georginio Rutter appears to be edging closer as their nominated forward option. Leeds need a midfielder too. Mateusz Klich’s exit and Jesse Marsch’s new formation have made it an essential part of this month.
The 32-year-old may have made 14 appearances for the Whites this season, but none of them were starts and he ended up playing just 82 minutes more than Daniel James. James has not been seen since September 1.
Leeds United Women star Amy Woodruff's Twitter exchange with Leah Williamson ahead of cup tie
Leeds United Women's forward Amy Woodruff is relishing the prospect of facing her idol Leah Williamson.
The Whites will travel to the capital to face Arsenal in the FA Women's Cup fourth round on January 29, and Woodruff couldn't resist sending a message Euro 2022 winner Williamson.
In an exchange over Twitter, Woodruff kindly requested Williamson's shirt at the end of the game. And to her delight, Williamson responded: 'Can we swap? See you on the 29th'.
