Leeds United will put their unbeaten start to the season on the line as they make the trip to Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday. The Whites currently sit third in the Premier League table with seven points from their opening three matches.
Brighton, meanwhile, have also enjoyed an excellent start to the season, with the Seagulls currently level on points with Leeds heading into the match. Following on from Jesse Marsch’s press conference on Thursday, here is a look at Leeds’ full injury list.
Patrick Bamford – adductor
Bamford missed both of Leeds’ wins against Chelsea and Barnsley after limping off in the first half of the 2-2 draw with Southampton due to an issue with his adductor. It is still unclear when he will return.

Marsch said (Aug 25): “We think he’s doing well and moving forward. I think also with the performances of the team, it allows us to be patient, but we will still have a call to make.”
Potential return date: Unknown
Junior Firpo - knee
Firpo picked up an injury in Leeds' 4-0 pre-season win over Blackpool last month and has been absent ever since. He could make his return to training next week, though.
Marsch said (Aug 25): “Junior and Luke, we think that they will be in training next week.”
Potential return date: 3/09/22
Luke Ayling - knee
Like Firpo, Ayling is also due to make his return to training with the team next week. The Whites’ vice-captain underwent surgery on his knee in May.
Marsch said (Aug 25): “Junior and Luke, we think that they will be in training next week.”
Potential return date: 3/09/22
Stuart Dallas - leg
Having picked up a major injury against Manchester City towards the end of last season, Dallas isn't expected to return to action until 2023. Great news, though, as the Northern Irish man started running last week.
Marsch said (Aug 11): “Then Stuart Dallas, I saw on the pitch today, moving around a little bit. So that was an exciting moment for us.”
Potential return date: 01/01/2023
