Delighted Dyche on win
Sean Dyche has hailed his Everton side for "adapting" to his methods in a short pace of time. Victory over Leeds in a crucial six-pointer lifted the Toffees out of the drop zone - switching places with their opponents.
Sacking Frank Lampard now appears a master stroke as Everton aim to put some distance between themselves and the bottom three. Dyche was delighted post-match at "finding the balance" between defence and attack.
"I think they are showing, they are adapting, to what it is," he said. "They still have the freedom to go and play and I thought that was better today. Don't get me wrong - you play Arsenal and that is not easy because they are flying, Liverpool for different reasons, a tight game away from home and with the meaning and the purpose of it all that I am learning about.

"Today it was finding that balance between defending very, very solidly which we did - I don't think they had a shot on target - and then finally on the transitions how many times we can play ourselves and I thought there was some good quality football today so we want that balance to be right. You tie all that together with the work ethic and the demands on the group physically and I thought that was very good today."
Wober injury update
Max Wober could be set for a spell on the sidelines after injuring his shoulder in Leedss loss to Everton on Saturday afternoon. The Whites endured a miserable day in Merseyside with Seamus Coleman’s second half goal being enough to send them into the Premier League relegation zone.
Their day was made worse by the injury picked up by Wober, who left the field at half-time due to a suspected dislocated shoulder. The defender could be seen receiving treatment on his right shoulder relatively early into the first half, but he was willing to continue until the break and he made a huge block on the line to keep United level just before the interval.
“Yeah, we lost Max at half-time to his shoulder,” Skubala said after the game. "He carried on but he's really hurting.
“I think he popped his shoulder out which was a big move for us because we lost our left foot on that side.”

Sherwood expects change
Former Premier League manager Tim Sherwood believes Leeds United interim boss Michael Skubala won't be in charge for next weekend's six-pointer against Southampton due to ownership 'panic'.
Skubala and fans alike were hoping for a big haul of points from their trip to Goodison Park this afternoon but a Seamus Coleman strike saw them fall 1-0 and drop into the bottom three for the first time this season.
"No, not at all," Sherwood said when asked if he could see any difference in Leeds under Michael Skubala than Leeds under Jesse Marsch on Sky Sports Soccer Saturday. "I think that’s the last we see of Michael Skubala to be honest. I think they’ll react, you know what owners and chairman are like, they panic.
"I think they’ll make a decision, I think they need a manager in there as soon as possible to give them a chance, especially in light of the results we’ve seen today.
"They’ve got dragged right back into it. I think he’ll go back and do the (under) 21s. It’s been a tough job for him, he’s had two very difficult games but they performed better against Manchester United than they did today.
"It was almost a must-win game for them, it was a winnable game, it was there for the taking but you have to give credit to Everton."
