Leeds United could take advantage of Juventus' troubles with a swoop for Tyler Adams international team-mate Weston McKennie. The Whites have been linked with a move for the United States international since the summer transfer window and his performances alongside Adams at the World Cup in Qatar have heightened those rumours.

When you factor in the latest news to come out of Italy, a move could certainly be in the offing. The entire board at the Old Lady have stepped down including president Andrea Agnelli - one of the main figures behind the the breakaway plans to form the European Super League last year.

Once the dominant club in Serie A, the Italian giants finished fourth last season and recorded a €254.3m (£220m) loss - a record in Italy. Last November, the club said they were co-operating with police after an investigation was launched into the club's transfers.

The entire board has stepped down "having considered the centrality and relevance of pending legal and accounting issues", a statement read. It adds, the decision is "considered to be in the best social interest to recommend that Juventus equip itself with a new board of directors to address these issues."

Juve are being investigated for allegations of presenting false accounting information to investors and producing invoices for non-existent transactions, but they've denied any wrongdoing.
