Leeds United manager Jesse Marsch has admitted that "if we had everybody healthy" it would give the club a chance to be more aggressive when it comes to attacking games and help with the individual development of his squad.
The Whites take on Aston Villa on Friday night as they look to record their first Premier League win since a 4-3 victory over Bournemouth back in November. Marsch will be desperate for his team to bounce back from what was a disappointing 2-2 draw against Cardiff in the FA Cup third round.
The club have been prioritising a striker in the January transfer window and look to be on the verge of signing Georginio Rutter from Hoffenheim in a record-breaking deal. Marsch knows how vital it is to bolster his front-line, as he bemoaned their recent struggles with injury keeping the likes of Patrick Bamford out of action.

Speaking to the press ahead of Friday night's game at Villa Park, the American coach discussed the attacking options at his disposal and how recent fitness issues have hampered Leeds' ability to be more aggressive in matches.
"I feel like if we had everybody healthy we could really commit to the development path of those individuals like we've seen with Willie [Wilfried Gnonto] and Rodri [Rodrigo], where they've been for the most part healthy for a long stretch. And when Cree [Crysencio Summerville] was healthy, you can then start to see the progress that they can make.
"If you were to go through [the club's attacking options] and say: 'Alright, you have Rodri and Patrick [Bamford] and Joffy [Joel Gelhardt] and then and then you have Luis [Sinisterra], Cree, Willie and then Jack [Harrison] and Brenden [Aaronson]'.
"Then you add the young players as well, you start to feel like you have a really good complement of attacking pieces and the chance to push attacking wise."
