An image purporting to be Leeds United's home shirt for the 2023/24 season has seemingly been leaked by a Twitter user who shared a picture of the new strip.
The inevitable early discussion surrounding the club's kit for the upcoming season has once again kicked into gear and when that happens, the online leaks are never far away. The rumour mill has now ramped up a notch after a picture emerged of what looks to be the new design in the flesh and not just a digital mock-up.
Concept art had surfaced that pointed towards what had been dubbed a 'Swedish' influence with blue and yellow stripes on the shoulders of the kit. And now that idea appears to be reality with a picture of the shirt in real life being posted on social media.

On closer inspection, there is a faint 'peacock' style embroidery running through the white of the shirt creating a tonal pattern, rather than a clean crisp consistent white.
The 2022/23 home it was launched on July 13 last year, just over a month before the curtain-raiser against Wolves on August 6. With the 23/24 campaign kicking off on August 12 later this year, fans could therefore expect an official announcement to come from the club at a similar time to last season in July.
One thing that does seem to be certain is that Leeds will have their kits made by their official kit partner Adidas due to the current deal between the two lasting until 2025/26.
Here's everything we know so far about the kit for the upcoming season.
