A host a new food vendors are taking over Trinity Kitchen for the next nine weeks.
The food court, based at Trinity Leeds, rotates its offering on a regular basis with the next batch of tasty treats occupying the quirky units. For those who don’t know, lots of the vendors at Trinity Kitchen operate out of refurbed vehicles including a converted VW Camper Van, a Citroen H van, a horse trailer and a shipping container.
Throughout the Christmas period shoppers will be able to get food from Pickled Porker Smokehouse, Jimmy Macks, Luigi Street Food Italiano, Big Mouth Gyoza, and Nellys Barn.

Pickled Porker Smokehouse
This eater serve "smoke house classics done right". The pulled pork is smoke for over 12 hours over apple wood, oak, and hickory wood chips. Customers can get a range of loaded fries and burgers.
Jimmy Macks
The street food spot will be serving in Leeds Trinity until January 15. On the menu is BBQ chicken tikka masala tacos, beef brisket tacos, loaded fries, festive fries, and burgers.
Luigi Street Food Italiano
This Italian eatery have become best known for their fried pizzas. They also serve chicken parmigiana and chips, dough balls, and burratas with pesto.
They served at Leeds Trinity in spring time and are now back by popular demand
Big Mouth Gyoza
After starting service in Trinity yesterday (Monday, November 21), Big Mouth Gyoza staff say they are "having a blast so far". The eatery are best known for their Asian-style street food boxes, and specialise in dumplings.
Nellys Barn
A west country food truck has also parked up at Trinity. Nellys Barn have become well known for serving burgers, southern fried chicken, veggie burgers, and cheese chips at festivals. The Bristol company will now be in Leeds for the next nine weeks.
