Leeds Rhinos' first meeting with Danny McGuire as a head coach will be televised live on Sky Sports. The Rhinos will make the trip across the M62 to face the Robins on Friday 12 August, with the game picked as one of three televised fixtures for Round 23. That will be shown on Friday 12 August with an 8pm kick-off.
The two sides are firmly in the mix to claim a Super League play-off place after Rohan Smith's side went on a run of three wins in four games to haul themselves away from the foot of the table and in the battle for the top six alongside teams like Rovers. The Robins have won their last two games after a narrow defeat at Magic Weekend against Hull FC.
McGuire, who is in interim charge of Rovers ahead of Willie Peters assuming full control next season, will face the club he won every major domestic honour with as a player as a head coach for the first time in a fortnight, and that game will now be televised.

24 hours earlier, the Halliwell Jones Stadium will host a game between two of the teams currently in the bottom three of the competition. That will see Warrington Wolves host Toulouse in a game which could yet have significant implications on the relegation dogfight at the foot of the table.
On the Saturday of that weekend, Super League returns to Channel 4 when Ian Watson takes his Huddersfield Giants side to former club Salford Red Devils.
