Leeds Rhinos have confirmed the signing of French international forward Mickael Goudemand on a two-year contract. The forward becomes the club's first signing for the 2024 season after agreeing to sign from Catalans Dragons.
Capped twelve times by France, the 27-year-old is a Challenge Cup winner and has been a regular for the Dragons since his debut in 2018. He will help fill the void left by Sam Walters, whose move to Wigan Warriors has been confirmed.
Goudemand played in the 2018 Challenge Cup Final and has made almost 100 appearances for the Dragons so far. Capable of playing prop or loose forward, he will add to Rohan Smith's pack for the upcoming campaign.
