Two mums were walking back from the school run when they found a woman "unconscious" in her car.
Sarah Jane, and friend Becky Martin were walking in Beeston Road, Leeds on Wednesday morning (March 9), when they both saw a parked vehicle and said "something doesn't look right".
The Beeston parents opened the car door to find a woman with a "bitten tongue" and "blood around her scarf".

The mums believed the woman had suffered an epileptic seizure. Sarah, who was supposed to be enjoying the day off work, immediately called 999 and was put on the spot to help the woman.
Sarah Jane said: "I knocked on the car window no response. So, I opened the door and the lady was in and out of consciousness.
"My first reaction was to talk to this lady I didn't have a clue what I was dealing with. I called 999 and the operator was talking me through some questions.
"She was then breathing, but and I noticed she had blood around her scarf she was wearing, so I moved it away from her neck."
"I explained this to the operator who asked me to check for bleeding anywhere I couldn't see it but then the lady started speaking and then I noticed that she had bitten her tongue really badly.
"It was then speculated that it could have been a fit. I asked the lady if she was epileptic and every question I asked was a yes.
"I kept talking to her to keep her conscious while waiting for the paramedics. She really didn't know what planet she was on, poor love.
"I couldn't even get her name as she couldn't get her words out."
Sarah added that paramedics arrived within minutes of her call and thanked her and Becky for coming to her aid.
Becky said: "We didn't really do anything special, but we did get her the help she needed it's just a case of is she OK and feeling better?"

The pair of mums then had a coffee together before Sarah eventually enjoyed her day off and Becky prepared for her son's upcoming birthday.
But they couldn't help but think about what happened to the woman after she was taken to hospital.
In a post on Facebook, which received hundreds of likes, Sarah said: "I'm hoping this lady may be on here and we just want to know you're OK and hope you're feeling better soon.
"We left you in the hands of some very nice paramedics who assured us you will be well looked after.
"If this lady is you could you kindly let us know how you are... the power of Facebook is amazing."
