Leeds is set for a warm Easter Bank Holiday Weekend, with temperatures peaking at 18°C.
The city is set for sunny intervals amid cloudy periods throughout the four days, with the warm weather being thanks to a southerly airflow bringing warmer weather up from France. The Met Office predicts that temperatures in Leeds could reach highs of 18°C on Friday, which exceeds temperatures in Ibiza on Good Friday and those in Turkey on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
However, the warm weather will be mixed in with various cloudy spells throughout the four days. The Met Office’s latest prediction suggests a sunny start on Friday, with clouds descending for much of Saturday and Sunday.
