The weather is expected to be cooler on Monday as temperatures drop following threats of a 'polar vortex'.
A 'stratospheric polar vortex' could impact temperatures in Leeds quite severely this week, with reports it could cause up to seven inches of snow to hit the region - the vortex will see temperatures start to drop today (January 30).
The Met Office said: "Dry with sunny spells throughout. Windy at first, gradually easing from the west. Feeling colder than Sunday. A band of rain will quickly move southwards overnight, accompanied by strengthening winds. Maximum temperature 9 °C."
