A Leeds baby bank has issued an urgent appeal to anyone in the city that can help find a child a safe place to sleep.
Leeds Baby Bank, based at the St Johns Centre in Merrion Street in the city centre, has issued an urgent and emotive appeal because of the sheer number of babies and young children currently going without.
The charity is looking for cots, toddler beds, prams, sheets and various other items urgently to provide for families who don't have anything for their baby to safely sleep in.
