Lee Bonis named in youthful Northern Ireland squad for Euro doubleheader

Lee Bonis Callum Marshall Euro Northern Ireland Jonny Evans Martin ONeill Michael ONeill Aaron Donnelly Larne Portsmouth

Lee Bonis has been handed a call-up for Northern Ireland's UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers against Denmark and Kazakhstan.

The Larne striker impressed Michael O'Neill at the recent training camps in England and has been drafted into the squad for the doubleheader.

It is a first international call-up for Bonis, who has been linked with a switch to England after bagging 15 league goals in Larne's title-winning season.
