Guard Dennis Schroder and center Thomas Bryant, both of whom can really help the team with some of its issues, have been out since the start of the regular season because of thumb injuries.
LeBron James has been dealing with left foot soreness, and Anthony Davis has been managing a lower back ailment.
Los Angeles needs wins in the worst way, but it will be without James on Monday versus the Utah Jazz. Guard Lonnie Walker IV is also unable to play due to an illness.

Patrick Beverley sat out Sunday’s loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers because he was ill, and he did not make the trip to Salt Lake City.
After Monday’s tilt versus Utah, the Lakers will return home for about two weeks. They will play the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday in what will be designated as a road game before hosting four straight opponents, as their schedule strength starts to ease a bit.
