Food delivery service, Fuze, hosts these pop up dining events at Tanifiki every month. Each event offers a different culture for guests to try.
A menu has been released on the Fuze website of the cuisine on offer this month. The limited menu only offers two main options of Spiced Lamb Shank or Falafel.
Five variations of side dishes can be ordered alongside the main courses and a mouth watering Orange Cheesecake is on offer for dessert.
The whole evening will cost you £36 per person to be immersed into Lebanese culture. This price includes appetisers and drinks on arrival.
Fuze Edinburgh announced the collaboration on social media. They said:
“Meze food is coming to Portobello. Dates confirmed for our next dinner pop @tanifiki_ ! Full menu will be coming tomorrow so watch out for that!
“Tickets are on sale now and can be booked on the Fuze website - link in bio"
27 year old founder, Dylan Smith, hosts a different pop up event each month around the city. Previous pop up events have included themes such as Thai, Indian and Chinese.
The company started as a food delivery business over the coronavirus lockdown, offering fine dining from home when every restaurant was closed down.
Smith is known for his creative hybrid meals as he has previously combined cultures together to create special dining experiences.
Tickets can be booked for the event here.
