Leaseholders of an east London block of flats in Dagenham which was ripped apart by a “nightmare fire” have complained they have been left paying for flats which no longer exist.

Over 80 residents lost their homes and were forced to flee after the Spectrum Building in Dagenham was engulfed in flames in the early hours of the morning on August 26.
