Law firm Clarke Willmott has appointed a new chief executive. Peter Swinburn was elected by the company's partners and will take up the top job on May 1 next year. He is taking over from Stephen Rosser, who is stepping down after 13 years in the role.
Mr Swinburn has been with Clarke Willmott for 11 years, most recently as managing director of the company's commercial property division.
Mr Rosser will remain at the helm of the firm until the end of April 2023, during which time Clarke Willmott said he would work with Mr Swinburn to ensure a "smooth transition". Following the handover he will remain in a senior role.
