Lauren Goodger says that the Queen is now in heaven with her late baby daughter Lorena.
The former Towie star, who turned 36 today, said that there was "something quite special" about sharing the day with Her Majesty.
Lauren, who lost her daughter in July during childbirth, shared a snap of herself in a grey one-piece and looked back on the last 12 months as she turned a year older.
She wrote the caption: "It’s My Birthday in the morning (midnight) on the same day we lay Our Beautiful Majesty The Queen to rest (God Rest Her Soul) …Maybe something quite special this birthday ? [The Queen] up there with my Lorena.
"This year has been one year I will never forget for all the pain and heartache and lessons that I trust in the universe, but my best present every year is waking up with my @babylarose.x.
"Lorena is always with us.. Thank you for all the support .. Another year done , here’s to next year (sic)"
Lauren also returned to work after taking some time out following the death of her daughter.
On Friday she said how she was focusing on her mental health and old fans: "My first day back to work today shooting.
"After taking a break for my mind after everything I’ve been through, I decided to find that fire & drive in me, slowly and bit by bit Lauren is coming back.
"I [may] never be the same again but I’m adjusting to normal life and it feels good."
She was met with support from friends and followers, including Jessica Hayes, who left several love heart emojis.
"Proud of you darling," one wrote, while a third added: "Absolutely stunning".
As well as losing her daughter, she also was hit by the news of the death of her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean, who was killed in a car crash.
She was also allegedly assaulted on the day of Lorena's funeral, leaving her with a black eye and fractured eye socket.
As a present to herself for her birthday, Lauren splashed out on £8,000 worth of Cartier jewellery.
