Lauren Goodger looks gorgeous on first red carpet since tragic loss of baby daughter

Lauren Goodger oozed glamour as she led celebrity guests attending the Paw Patrol Little Heroes awards at London's Soho Hotel on Saturday.

The reality TV star's red carpet appearance is her first since the tragic death of her newborn daughter, Lorena, in July.

Former TOWIE star Lauren, 36, was left utterly devastated when her newborn baby girl died minutes after she was born on 8 July 2022.

Since then, Lauren has bravely documented her ups and downs on social media as she continues to care for her eldest daughter, Larose.

The proud mum made her return to the red carpet on Saturday in a gorgeous autumnal outfit alongside Larose.

Lauren oozed glamour in an on-trend chocolate brown two piece as she beamed for the cameras at the event which champions children who deserve to be recognised for the challenges they have faced in their lives.

The former TOWIE star sported a pair of brown ribbed leggings with a matching cardigan and overtop, she wore an eye-catching pink Louis Vuitton scarf.

Lauren's adorable daughter wore a matching outfit as she modelled a pink ribbed two-piece while her mum posed for the cameras.

Lauren appeared in high spirits for the appearance, after enduring an incredibly tough couple of months following her recent breakup from Charles Drury, and the loss of her daughter Lorena.

Her appearance comes after she recently shared on her struggle of being a single mum to 15-month-old daughter Larose after suffering a number of tragedies within the space of months.

Speaking about her tough few months as a mum, Lauren took to Instagram with her babbling daughter.

She told her followers: "It’s really emotional because she’s not a baby anymore,’ Lauren said as Larose babbled beside her.

"She’s changed so much in the last few weeks. The things she says, the way she runs about. She’s so clever and she gets me… We have this banter, we just get each other.

"She lay there and grinned at me, I grinned at her, and we just started laughing. She’s like a little girl."

Giving a shaky sigh, Lauren continued: "It's been a really hard time.

"I’m mum, I’m dad, I’m doing so much on my own but it’s so beautiful and magical and it makes me want to cry. Because she is just amazing."

Worrying that her daughter "deserves so much more", she said: "I give her everything, she has every bit of me.

"I really am trying so hard every day for her. What a time I’ve been through. It’s just emotional, she’s not this baby anymore. These changes, how she banters with me, it’s so weird. She’s just so switched on with everything.."

Lauren has been widely praised for being so open, vulnerable, and raw about her grief since the passing of her newborn baby daughter.
