Lauren Goodger has said she is on her 'road to self love' after the tragic death of her baby daughter Lorena last month.
The former TOWIE star, 35, had a 'refresh' makeover on Saturday, getting lip and nose filler and Botox for the first time in two years.
Taking to Instagram, Lauren sported a face full of numbing cream and told her followers: "Hi Guys, I'm at Cosmetics in Essex getting some filler in my lips, nose and Botox. It's been over two years and I'm so excited."
Lauren also posed for a snap in the salon before her treatment, with the salon writing: "Pleasure having @laurengoodger in today! We refreshed her face with some anti wrinkle injections, nose & lips.
"She’s had two consecutive pregnancies back to back and had no treatments for over two years! She's been through more than any woman can ever bare to imagine.
"What a strong unbelievable woman! It’s now time to focus on yourself moving forwards with your precious baby girl."
Lauren replied to the post: "So happy thank you it’s been a long time and I’m on the road to self love."
The reality star revealed last month her newborn baby had tragically died shortly after she was born.
At the time of baby Lorena's death, Lauren was already grieving the loss of her ex boyfriend Jake McLean who lost his life at the age of 33 in a horrific car crash in Turkey.
Earlier this month, Lauren penned a lengthy post to her 853k followers to let them know how much their well wishes have meant to her in these dark times.
She started by saying: "Just want to say thank you to everyone for all the love & support in this horrendous terrible whirlwind in my life the last few weeks! I do read your messages thank you.
"During this traumatic time I've lost but I've also gained some values in this awful heartbroken time ... some new friends and become closer to my current ones & some family ..it really has shown me who is meant to be in my life and I love each and every one one of you thank you .. I only have a few and that's all I need and it's taught me some life long lessons however hard it's been."
She continued: "Asked Lorena when I had her at home the night before her funeral ‘please guide me please let my life, lead the path it's meant to be & give me strength & courage’ and a lot changed instantly and I trust her.
"She is making my new path thank you Lorena I love you and I know you’re with me always and I know you've cleared out and made way for what's meant to be."
Lauren finished her heartfelt post by admitting she doesn't have any answer at the moment but she is learning and labelled Larose as her "rock".
She signed off: "She has kept me going mentally and physically I love you so much my special girl."
