Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham mocking President Joe Biden’s stutter

On Oct. 19, The Ingraham Angle, aired two photos of empty shelves to illustrate the current global supply chain crisis. The photos in question were actually taken in March of 2020, depicting empty shelves during the beginning of the pandemic.
“On October 19, this show played eight seconds of b-roll showing empty shelves,” Ingraham stated. “The footage was mismarked in our system as it actually showed shelves for March 2020. Not a big deal [and] we of course apologize for putting up inaccurate visuals, but the really odd thing came in the ensuing days.”

Ingraham fired back at fact-checkers, saying that the only reason they are “so concerned with this eight-second mistake” is because they want to “distract from the fact that it is happening now.”
“So in the interest of accuracy, we want to take you on a tour of the United States,” she continued. She then showed images of half-empty shelves that were apparently taken within the last few days. One of the images depicted a mostly full grocery store shelf.
Both Newsmax and Fox News have aired misleading photos, with Newsmax presenting images from a London grocery store in 2020 to falsely showcase what is happening in America now. The network went on to air five more photos that were taken early this year, including one that showed a half-empty drugstore that had closed in 2020.
