Laura Hamilton was forced to call the fire brigade on Tuesday night after her home burst into flames.
The Place In The Sun star, 40, took to Instagram to share a scary clip of her new property up in flames as firefighters fought to put out the huge blaze.
"Errr… Just a little mishap with the rebuild this morning," Laura captioned the video.
The TV star had only moved into the sprawling new property earlier this month.
Laura had been hard at work rebuilding and restoring the exterior of the property in recent weeks, but the fire has now put on halt to refurbishments.
After making the move into her new home in this month following her shock split from husband Alex Goward, Laura revealed that her new pad was already 'feeling like home'
She recently told OK! Magazine: "When I walked through the door, it felt like coming home.
"I knew from the moment I first saw it. It has such a lovely feeling about it. I do feel like this is my little place in the country."
Laura moved out of her family home in Purley, which she shared with her children Rocco, eight, and Talia, six, and she is now happily set in her new Surrey mansion.
Her brand-new start came after she announced her split from Alex earlier this year.
The split came as a shock after the pair spent 13 years together.
The pair tied the knot in 2012 after three years of dating.
At the time of their split, Laura released an emotional statement asking fans for privacy as she dealt with the life-changing marriage breakdown.
"This isn’t something I ever thought I’d be saying but, after 13 years of being together Alex and I have separated," she penned.
"Our children are and always will be our number one priority and we would respect privacy for our family at this time.
"Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."
