Hull occupational health specialist Latus has returned to its overhauled Chanterlands Avenue home as it gears up for significant growth.
The company has invested in the redevelopment of the gym and sports ground, which it has owned since 2014. The first stage of an extensive redevelopment of the site has been completed, with a new open plan office installed for Latus’ leadership, clinical and operations teams, as well as new therapy and treatment rooms.
The move back from Melton, made to handle initial expansion, comes as the company prepares for an anticipated growth to 400 employees in 2023. It also eases the provision of a host of wellbeing perks for the team, launched by three brothers with rugby league and royal marine backgrounds.
