Friday saw the Qatar 2022 World Cup draw finally take place, with 32 nations all put into their groups for the competition later this year. The tournament is set to be played in November, which is a novelty due to the location and heat during the summer.
England will be hoping they can win the trophy for a first time since 1966, with a somewhat favourable group drawn for them. They are set to face USA, Iran and one of Wales, Scotland or Ukraine as their final opponent.
The final place is set to be decided later this year, with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine postponing their playoff match with Scotland until a later date. Wales booked their place in the final of the playoff with victory over Austria, but will also have to wait for the outcome of the other match.

Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate had said before the draw that he believes his side can go on to win the World Cup, saying: “We've had consistent performances over a four-year period and we are one of the teams who could win this tournament. If we can get to a final [like Euro 2020], we can win. That's clear.
“To do that is incredibly difficult and we'll have to be as close to perfect as can be. That's the challenge for us. If you want be in the big jobs, you've got to live with the expectation.”
And it certainly is a big job for the manager, who has France and Argentina in his side of the draw if they manage to make it past the group stage. Both sides are among the favourites and will be a challenge.
