Jesse Marsch is currently the fifth favourite to be the next manager sacked in the Premier League. The Leeds United boss is currently priced at 20/1, behind Steven Gerrard, Ralph Hasenhuttl, Brendan Rodgers and Steve Cooper, according to BetVictor.
After a promising start to the season, Leeds have picked up just two points from their last six matches – five of which were against sides likely to be in and around them come the end of the season. An extension of this run of form ahead of the World Cup could leave Leeds with a decision to make.
At 5/4, though, Gerrard is the favourite at present to be the next manager given the boot following Aston Villa’s disappointing start to the season. Villa sit 16th on nine points from 10 matches and are currently the joint second lowest scorers in the division, despite boasting a vast array of expensive attacking talent.

Next on the list at 2/1 is Southampton boss Hasenhuttl, whose job also appears very much at risk at the moment. Reports from the Telegraph a couple of weeks ago claimed that the hierarchy at St. Mary's are considering a change in the dugout and the Austrian has just a few matches to save his job as they sit just outside the bottom three, with the Saints having drawn one and lost one since then.
Ahead of Leeds' visit to the King Power Stadium on Thursday, Leicester City boss Rodgers remains under huge pressure at odds of 4/1. The Foxes have picked up just five points in 10 matches and defeat to the Whites later this week could well seal his fate.
The final manager at shorter odds than Marsch is Nottingham Forest's Steve Cooper at 8/1. Cooper only signed a new deal at the City Ground last week but still sit bottom of the table and unless he can turn their form around, could well be given the boot.
