Latest coronavirus infection rates as cases continue to drop across all boroughs

Greater Manchester Oldham

Coronavirus infection rates are continuing to fall across Greater Manchester.

All 10 boroughs are now recording a Covid infection rate below 1,000 per 100,000 and deaths and hospitalisations continue to fall.

In Greater Manchester as a whole, the infection rate is now 667.0 cases per 100,000 population. The infection rate in the region is lower than the national average, which is 973.4 cases per 100,000 people.
