Frank Lampard will be working with a nearly fully fit Chelsea side as he prepares to manage his first game in caretaker charge against Wolves on Saturday.
The club's all-time top scorer was unveiled as the interim head coach on Thursday after watching on from the stands for Bruno Saltor's only game in the temporary position. With a squad that includes several players Lampard has already failed with, his team selection is one of the big stories to watch out for.
Alongside Thiago Silva, who will miss this game with injury having not yet recovered from the damage to his knee caused in the 2-0 loss to Tottenham in February, Lampard was in charge when Chelsea signed Hakim Ziyech, Kai Havertz and gave Christian Pulisic his debut.
