St Johnstone WFC left it late but successfully advanced beyond round four of the Scottish Cup on Sunday.
Goalkeeper Becky Cameron helped matters by saving a second half penalty against Championship side Dryburgh before Fern Newbigging opened the scoring with just 12 minutes remaining.
Steffi Simson soon added the second to wrap up the win at Station Park in Forfar.
Coach John Fettes, who was in charge of the team, said: “I have to give full credit to Dryburgh.
“They made it really difficult for us and played some very good football - certainly better than their current league position suggests.
“I don’t think we played to our full capabilities, however, we didn’t panic as the game wore on and we started to create more and eventually the opening goal came.
“The objective before the match was to get through into the next round and we’ve done that.”
