BG Pathum United recovered from a one-goal deficit to defeat nine-man Ratchaburi 4-2 in a Thai League 1 encounter on Sunday night.
Former champions Pathum nearly got the first goal in the second minute from Stenio Junior but his header sailed over the bar.
The visitors drew the first blood in the eighth minute when Malaysian striker Safawi Rashid set up Anon Amornlertsak to slip the ball past Rabbits goalkeeper Kittipong Phootaechuek.
Ratchaburi were left with 10 men on the pitch after 29 minutes when Rafael Jensen was handed his second yellow card of the match for arguing with the referee after a foul.
Pathum levelled in the 32nd minute through Jakkapan Praisuwan and added the second a minute later when Patrik Gustavsson scored.
Ratchaburi tied the score in the 43rd minute through Jonathan Khemdee but lost another player in the 56th minute when Moussa Sidibe was red-carded.
Teerasil Dangda (81) and Surachart Sareepim (90+2) then sealed the win for the Rabbits.
In another match on Sunday night, hosts PT Prachuap upset second-ranked Bangkok United 2-1.
