Las Vegas Strip hotel casinos are currently hosting some of the biggest names in entertainment for residencies. It's a tradition that goes all the way back to the 1940s. Stars have been rolling in over the years with legendary performers like Liberace, Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack and Elvis Presley playing the Strip for long engagements.
Visitors to the Strip today can see some of its long-running magic acts like David Copperfield at MGM Resorts International's (MGM) -) MGM Grand or Penn & Teller at Caesars Entertainment's (CZR) -) The Rio. Guests might want to see an old-time Vegas performer like Wayne Newton: Up Close and Personal at Bugsy's Cabaret Showroom at the Flamingo, or classic Osmond Brothers' singer Donny Osmond at Harrah's Showroom.
